01Who is responsible
Real Food Dads is run by Peter Meszaros in the UK. He is responsible for the personal information described here.
02What we collect
- Payment. Stripe handles your payment. We never see your full card details.
- Your details at checkout. The name, email address and phone number you give when you join.
- Your WhatsApp messages. What you write in your daily check-in and in the members' group.
- The free guide. If you ask for the free guide, this website doesn't collect anything. Your own email app opens, and we only get the name and email you choose to send in that email.
03Why we use it
To run the membership, to look after your payment and refund, and to send you the guide you asked for. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to send you things you didn't ask for.
04Who processes it
A few services handle information for us:
- Stripe, for payments.
- WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta, for the check-in and the members' group.
- Vercel, for hosting this website.
Each has its own privacy policy. Your own email provider also handles the email you send to request the guide.
05Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics.
The checklist on the thank-you page is saved only in your own browser, on your own device. It never reaches us, and you can clear it any time by clearing your site data.
06How long we keep it
We keep your membership details for as long as you are a member, and for a short time afterwards so we can handle refunds and keep the records the law asks for. Payment records held by Stripe are kept as long as Stripe and the law require. If you only asked for the guide, we keep your email only as long as it takes to reply and keep a simple record of the request.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
07Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can:
- ask to see the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information;
- complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
